As chairman of the board, founder and CEO, Steve Lobel is at the helm of A-2-Z Entertainment, a label, production, film and management company that Mr.Lobel founded back in 2001 and it is today one of top most prestigious and elite artist management and development corporation in the entertainment industry. Credits include Bone Thugs ‘n Harmony, Run-dmc, Mann with 50 Cent, Mariah Carey, Three-6-mafia, 2pac, Eazy-E and many more.

Jess came off the road after years of touring nationally as a musician and established the award-winning custom music house, Sound Revolver in LA where she has produced, written and composed hundreds of songs for other artists, TV/Film series and Ads/Commercials.

Projects through SR have won a Telly Award, Clio Award, and gone RIAA Certified Gold and been featured on everything from HBO to Dreamworks, Nickelodeon and national ad campaigns for major brands. At the start of 2019, Sound Revolver did a joint venture deal with Big Noise Music Group and Jess assumed the role of VP of Synch Strategy with the task of maximizing creative sync opportunities under the Big Noise Music Group umbrella (a top-40 radio friendly record label family) and expanding the talent pool access from hit producers & composers to major touring bands and artists. As Sr. Creative Director of Sound Revolver, Jess still writes on about 5-10 projects a month through the custom division.

Roman Perry is a producer, DJ, and multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles. He specializes in Pop and EDM with Rock and Roll roots. Growing up in the music business, and as the host of the Industry Talks Podcast, Roman has acquired wisdom, skills, and knowledge beyond his years. Currently, he is working with cutting edge pop artists and is preparing to launch his next music project called Bush Pilot.
